How to Connect an AI Agent to Your CRM
By ADEL — 2026-10-09
The agent is useless if the conversation dies in a vendor inbox. Either the OS is the CRM, or we write into yours — with stages you actually use.
“Connect the AI to our CRM” is the right instinct and the wrong first sentence. The first sentence is: which system is the source of truth after the conversation?
Two honest architectures
ADEL OS as the working CRM. Inbox, pipeline, calendar, profile. Staff live there for the sales conversation. This is the default for kitchen and cabinetry implementations like VINT and Vertex.
ADEL OS writes into an existing CRM. Stages, owner, next step, recording links. This is an integration project. It is not a Zap that dumps a transcript into a note field and hopes a salesperson reads it.
What has to map
- Contact and project type.
- Stage names the team already uses — not “Hot” if you work in “Consult offered.”
- The next step object: event, task, or measure.
- Who owns the file after handoff.
- What never syncs: internal comments, failed payment experiments, test calls.
When “CRM” is actually a custom workspace
Kvant is not Salesforce with a chatbot. It is a tender workspace: PDF in, lines out, match vs missing, manager queue. That is Custom AI, not a connector on Start $197.
DushPro’s staff cabinet is the same idea on quoting. The CRM is the quote card plus the measure, not a generic lead object.
Do not start with the logo on the integration page
Start with one live inquiry and watch where it dies today. Email, personal WhatsApp, a sheet. Then decide whether you need a new system of record or a write-back. CRM integrations as a service exist for the second path. The first path is configuring AI OS.
