How to Automate Kitchen Remodeling Leads
By ADEL — 2026-09-29
Kitchen leads die in the gap between the form and the designer. Automation means using the form, splitting remodel vs cabinets, and booking the consult that already exists.
Kitchen remodeling is a high-ticket B2C inquiry with a slow first commercial step. People send photos, a layout, or a visualizer output. They want a sense of price and a designer, not a PDF contract in the first SMS.
Automation that ignores that will either dump a chatbot script on them or try to “close” on message three. Both waste the lead you already paid for.
The kitchen path we actually run
VINT Homes is the reference: form and visualizer in, missing facts only, designer video slot out. The file lives in ADEL OS so a designer does not start the call from a first name and a phone number.
Cabinets-only is a different next step. Vertex Cabinetry uses the same OS with showroom or on-site consult rules. Copying the VINT script onto a cabinet shop is how you offer the wrong appointment.
What to automate, in order
- Capture: website, ads form, visualizer — one card.
- Split: full remodel vs cabinets vs “just looking.”
- Qualify: city, timeline, who decides, photos if they help the designer.
- Book: the slot type that shop actually runs.
- Handoff: designer opens the thread. Voice follow-up only with consent, if that channel is in scope.
What not to automate first
A public price for a full kitchen from a 12-word Instagram DM. That is quoting, and kitchens are not a shower SKU. If you need estimates from a catalog, read how AI prepares estimates — that is a different system.
Ads are also not the first automation. If inquiries already exist and they go cold, fix follow-up. If the calendar is empty, then talk Google and Meta as an add-on.
